How can I place an order?
It is very easy! Just register on the site, login to your account, then add products you want to buy to your shopping cart and follow checkout steps filling all necessary information like your name, shipping address, choose shipping & payment methods, etc. When you filled all required information then just click CONFIRM ORDER and you are going to get your order ID. If we need some more information regarding your order, we will contact you.
Also you can make an order by calling us or contacting us via E-mail, WhatsApp, Viber, Facebook and etc.
Is my information secure?
Yes! Security is a very high priority at ZAF, for both our data and yours. All the information you provide is safe. We do not share any of your personal information with third parties.
Our website uses SSL or TLS encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of personal data and other confidential content. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the character string HTTPS:// and the lock symbol in your browser line.
I have found a product on your site, but I am not sure is it what I really need or not. How should I be?

Do you ship internationally?
We sure do!
How else would we be able to achieve our goal of sending ZAF around the world? While all international orders require a quote for shipping price estimates, we can ship your items pretty much anywhere there's an address. All we need to provide you with an estimate of your international shipping cost is three pieces of information:
— The Item (or Items) You Want to Order
— The Quantity You Need of Each Item
— The Full Address You Want to Ship to
Can I pay my order by cash on delivery?
Cash on delivery payment method
— is available only around Russia. If you want your order to be shipped outside of Russia, then your order has to be fully paid.
Please, note! There is a group of items which we do not provide cash on delivery payment method for, even around Russia.
How long does delivery take?
The time your order takes to be delivered varies depending on the type of products you order, your delivery address and the delivery method you choose. During sale and promotion periods delivery might take a little longer than expected.

How can I track my order?
Dependingly on Shipping Method, you will get a tracking-number which you can use to track your order.
For example, if you have selected Russian Post as your Shipping Method, then you can track your parcel at: https://pochta.ru/tracking
Where is my tracking-number?
When your order is ready to ship you will receive your order tracking-number by E-mail or SMS (depends on selected Shipping Method).

I have already received tracking-number, but it doesn't work! What should I do?
No worries, please!
If your tracking number doesn't work or has errors, it could be that your shipping hasn't been picked up yet by the courier or the courier has not scanned it as received. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to be logged by the shipping courier.
My question is not in the list. Where can I get more information?
